YOUR FIRST PLACE. YOUR STYLE. SERIOUSLY LOW PRICES.
Make Your Tallahassee Apartment Feel Like Home
Furnishing an apartment while attending FSU, FAMU or Tallahassee State College? Start with what you actually need—not a room full of things you cannot fit. Tallahassee Discount Furniture offers a big selection, personal service and seriously low prices, with no-pressure help for students, roommates and families.
Build your room around the essentials
- Sleep: Choose a bed and mattress that fit your room. Check your lease or furnished-apartment inventory before buying. Shop mattresses.
- Relax: A sofa or loveseat can make a shared living room more comfortable without taking every inch of space. Explore living room furniture.
- Store: Consider a dresser or bedroom set for clothing and everyday essentials. Check exactly which pieces are included. Browse bedroom sets.
- Gather: Look for a dining arrangement that leaves room to walk around and pull out chairs. Shop dining room sets.
Measure once. Shop with confidence.
Bring your room measurements, doorway widths and photos of the space. Allow for hallways, stair turns and elevator openings—not just the spot where the furniture will sit. Talk with roommates about shared purchases and check move-in rules before arranging delivery.
Questions about student apartment furniture
Do I have to buy a complete furniture package?
No. Shop individual items or sets according to your needs. Product descriptions explain what is included; mattresses, foundations and decorative accessories may be sold separately.
Can I order online?
Yes. Shop and order online, or visit our Tallahassee showroom for personal help. We are an authorized factory direct Ashley Furniture dealer, serving the area since 2009.
Can I pick up furniture for move-in day?
Locally stocked items may be available for same-day pickup during store hours. Other items depend on factory availability at the time you order. Factory-stocked orders usually reach our store in three to ten days, but timing is not guaranteed. Plan ahead rather than assuming every website listing is stocked locally.
Do you deliver to apartments?
Delivery is arranged separately. Distance, stairs, floor level and the number of pieces can affect the price. Check building access and move-in restrictions before making arrangements. See delivery details.
Are payment options available?
Explore third-party financing and lease-to-own options, subject to provider approval and terms, or ask about free in-store layaway. Compare payment options.
Don't pay too much. See us before you buy!
